Founder and president of NM+U, a boutique marketing communications agency offering a full range of services to clients in the hospitality & franchise industry. In business since 1997, NM+U partners with some of the most renowned brands in the world, including global hotel companies, real estate companies, car rental companies, restaurant companies, food distribution companies and healthcare systems.

Armando brings to the table an in-depth understanding of the inner workings of the travel and franchise business: its challenges, opportunities, realities; and the ever-evolving roles of technology in changing customer behavior.
