Josh will be responsible for successfully sourcing and placing executive talent for innovative hospitality companies and support existing partnerships with recruiting the most sought-after executives to lead this business cycle’s next chapter.

Rubinstein began his career in boutique hotel and restaurant operations and managed various Michelin and James Beard Award Restaurants. He later joined Korn Ferry as a recruiter and was quickly promoted to Managing Consultant, Executive Search for Travel, Hospitality & Leisure. Most recently, Josh held the role of Vice President at the Elliot Group.
