Josh is Passionality Group’s Head of Strategic Partnership Growth and Executive Search & Human Capital Management. He joined the partnership in early 2021, leading the launch and execution of the Executive Search & Human Capital vertical.

Josh began his career in boutique hotel and restaurant operations, managing various Michelin and James Beard Award Restaurants. Later, he joined Korn Ferry as a recruiter and was quickly promoted to Managing Consultant, Executive Search for Travel, Hospitality & Leisure. More recently, Josh held the role of Vice President at the Elliot Group.
